It would be VERY helpful if you could run the following 2 tests, and then give us the information from these when reporting a problem:-

Ping Test

Speed Test

Please run these with NOT other program on any computer on your network using the internet (exit MSN etc) for an accurate result.

Another very useful tool is the PWE troubleshooter application: download, if you include the information from that in your own tech support thread we can offer far more advice and assistance.

Hi,

i have some troubles with connection to game. It shows: Cannot connect to server, and in server list it doesn't shows information about it.

Here are my results for Ping and Speed test:





we try to play in 3 diferent PCs and we were playing yesterday without any troubles.
